Original Jayhawker is a documentary centered around the quaint town of Mound City, Kansas. Located in Eastern Kansas, not far from the Missouri border, Mound City is nestled among hills filled with Sugar Maples. The film captures the spirit and history of Mound City and its inhabitants. Spanning nearly 200 years of history, Original Jayhawker highlights the historical significance and its small town culture through the generations.

A successful world premiere brought in over $32,500 in donations. We presented a check to the Mound City council at their January meeting. A completion date of Memorial Day is expected.
